Is a full contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and in the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts.

In our school we offer MMA training for who wants to compete in amateur or PRO level or for who wants to learn how to defend themselves and get in shape.

History of MMA

MMA started in Brazil over 70 years ago. The Gracie family tested its techniques agains all comers, successfully showing the world that BJJ was the single most effective self defense system the world has ever know.
MMA and BJJ was introduced in the USA by the Gracie family in the early 90’s with the creation of the UFC.
With wins multiple events around the world against practitioners of all sizes and disciplines, the Gracie family revolutionized the world of martial arts with its right style techniques and strategies, BJJ is studied by every MMA competitor in the world today.
