Gabriel ‘Gladiator’ Santos was born in Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and at a very young age got into Jiu Jitsu of the renowned Master Carlson Gracie. Gabriel Gladiator is a Jiu Jitsu Black Belt 4th Degree, has 4 Times accomplished the State Championship in Rio de Janeiro, Brazilian National Champion, 2 Times NAGA Champion and holds the Second Place in the World Championship.

In 2001 he started preparing for MMA and throughout the years has been training with athletes such as Ricardo Liborio, Murilo Bustamante, Jose Mario Sperry, Amaury Bitetti, Wallid Ismail, Vitor Belfort, Carlos Barreto, Nogueira Brothers, Ricardo Arona, Paulo Filho, Allan Goes, Roberto Bebeo Duarte, Marcos ‘Parrumpinha’ Damatta and Leonardo Vieira to name a few.
